Our client, one of Europe’s leading leasing companies, manages hundreds of customer inquiries from across the continent every day. Large-scale operations like these come with unique challenges, and this is especially true in case of customer service operations, where efficiency is critical—nobody likes waiting for hours.
Handling such a high volume of requests promptly while keeping both customers and employees satisfied is no small feat. To address these inefficiencies and unlock the highest level of technological efficiency, we implemented our custom Artificial Intelligence model, capable of processing over 11,000 requests each month.
Operator changes, new leasing inquiries, license plate updates, or contact detail adjustments—large leasing companies can never afford to stop or slow down. In such a fast-paced environment, even slightly more complex demands could risk overwhelming the entire system.
At the same time, it’s essential to gain insights into customer requests, provide a personalized approach to ensure satisfaction, and detect unauthorized requests early on. To address these needs, we developed an automated system that streamlines the time-consuming, manual processes and significantly reduces the risk of human error.
Our entity detection model can read, interpret, and classify thousands of emails with ease. It identifies key information such as names, license plate numbers, and contract details, and then it automatically assigns tasks to the appropriate team members. Built using manually tagged emails from real clients, the model delivers exceptional accuracy, ensuring reliable performance.
In addition, we integrated the solution with Salesforce to ensure a seamless workflow for the client. Therefore, when a request now enters the system, the AI processes it and promptly sends the relevant information to the appropriate department. From there, the authorized person simply verifies that all details are accurate, ensuring a smooth, efficient and risk-limiting process from start to finish.
