In July, Gauss Algorithmic accepted an invitation to Swiss Kickstart, one of the largest and most prestigious startup accelerators in Europe. In the competition of 900 technology companies and startups from around the globe, Gauss Algorithmic fought its way to a two‑month final phase of the program, in which it was given the opportunity to prepare a joint project with one of the corporate partners of the accelerator, such as Swisscom or Credit Suisse. Gauss Algorithmic finally agreed with Credit Suisse to work on data analytics.

Johnson Darkwah, the big data solution architect from Gauss Algorithmic who led the Swiss mission, says: "Credit Suisse was interested in our solution for data integration of internal and external data sources and their subsequent analysis using artificial intelligence. We have extensive experience in the processing of web or telco data, from which we can extract information usable in banking and insurance industry." Details of the joint project are subject to strict secrecy in the spirit of the best tradition of Swiss banks, but the solution will be based on the unique Customer Data Platform (CDP), developed by Gauss Algorithmic.

Last year, Gauss Algorithmic succeeded in a similar program, Elevator Lab, organized by Austrian Raiffeisen Bank International, which has brought the company not only valuable experience, but also real contracts and business contacts. "Thanks to Elevator Lab, we carry out projects for Slovak Tatra banka as well as for the Czech branch of Raiffeisenbank. The decision of Credit Suisse to collaborate with us is a recognition of our experience and results," explains Jan Janča, the CEO of Gauss Algorithmic.
